I installed the card as usual and fans and lights turn on but the card isn't recognized by the motherboard since the PCIe slot is shown to be empty in the UEFI. I have it seated the same way I seated the 2080. Also needs an additional fann if not installed in a gpu server. Device Manager under Display adapters you might find it disabled or it actually does not exist. Changed OC settings to 0 (use default settings).
